This beautiful Character Style home was built in 1914. The earthquake caused some damage to the property and Character Builders came to the rescue and restored the house to what it was. We removed features like ceiling roses, skirting boards architrave repaired, then and reinstalled them on completion. House was fully decorated internally and exterior repairs included re-roofing the existing house. Due to the damaged we had to rebuild the retaining wall and rebuild the double garage in such a way it fit in with the character home.
